AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION OF ESTATE WITH ABSOLUTE SALE

Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late Kapal Cadulong (a.k.a Kapal Kadulong) who died intestate on April 15, 1995 in the municipality of Pagalungan, Maguindanao, leaving a parcel of land, Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title no. T-38885, containing an area of SIXTEEN (16) HECTARES, more or less, situated at barangay Galakit, Pagalungan, Maguindanao has been settled through Affidavit of self-adjudication of Estate with Absolute sale, before Atty. Teresa J. Gagabe, Notary Public as per Document no. 15, Page no. 4, Book no. 32, series of 2018.
